The web-store www.taskicahandmade.hr is an online store that sells cotton ribbons, handbags, accessories and similar products. The general conditions of the online store are written in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZZP), the Copyright and Related Rights Act (ZAPSP) and the Electronic Communications Act (ZEK). <\/p>\n

The online store is managed by the trade Ta\u0161kica Handmade, a trade for production, services and trade, owned by Slunjski Deni, Male Ledine 31, 42202 Trnovec. OIB: 80586825368. <\/p>\n

The general business conditions determine the operation of the online store www.taskicahandmade.hr, the rights and obligations of the user and the store, and regulate the business relationship between the online store www.taskicahandmade.hr and the customer. Ta\u0161kica Handmade reserves the right to change the general conditions on the website www.taskicahandmade.hr at any time and without prior notice. All changes to the general conditions are binding for users. The user is bound by the general conditions valid at the time of submitting the online order. When submitting an order, the user is warned of the general business terms and conditions and by submitting the order confirms his agreement with them. <\/p>\n

Prices<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n

Product prices are expressed in euros (EUR) and do not include VAT (Ta\u0161kica Handmade is a flat-rate trade and is not included in the VAT system). Prices are valid at the time of ordering. <\/span><\/p>\n

Discounts, promotional codes and vouchers do not add up. Funds paid to gift vouchers, bonuses and advance invoices are not subject to interest. The DVO between the seller and the buyer enters into force at the moment the offerer confirms (the buyer receives an e-mail confirming the order). From that moment on, all prices and other conditions are fixed and valid for the bidder as well as for the buyer. We reserve the right to make mistakes when publishing prices. In the case of an incorrectly stated price, or in the case that the price of the product changes during processing, www.taskicahandmade.hr will allow the customer to deviate from the order. <\/p>\n

    We accept complaints for uncut material with a proposed invoice. The consumer can advertise the material if the material does not have the quality specified by the seller, if the seller sent the wrong material, material of the wrong color, quantity, if the material has an error or if the material deviates from the customer’s order. The consumer can advertise the material 15 days after receiving the goods by presenting a copy of the original invoice. The seller is responsible for hidden defects in the material, but is not responsible for damage caused by improper maintenance or handling. <\/span>In the case of a justified complaint, the consumer has the option of exchanging the goods for an equal or similar one, exchange for another material or a refund. In the case of an unjustified complaint, the goods are returned to the consumer at his expense. <\/span>The consumer returns the advertised goods at his own expense. <\/span>In the event that the package was damaged during delivery, it is necessary to submit a complaint to the service that made the delivery and inform Ta\u0161kica Handmade about it at the email address taskica@taskicahandmade.hr.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Contract termination and return<\/span><\/h3>\n

    The consumer can unilaterally terminate the Agreement within 14 days from the delivery of the goods to the consumer without giving a reason. The consumer does not have the right to unilaterally terminate the Agreement if the subject of the Agreement is goods which, due to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other things after delivery. <\/span>In order for the consumer to be able to exercise the right to unilaterally terminate the Agreement, he must notify Ta\u0161kica Handmade of his decision to unilaterally terminate the Agreement before the expiration of the deadline by means of a free form statement sent by post (Ta\u0161kica Handmade, Male Ledine 31, 42202 Trnovec) or by email to the address taskica@taskicahandmade .hr in which it is necessary to state:<\/span><\/p>\n

    • the date of the invoice and<\/li>\n
    • account number<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      If the consumer unilaterally terminates the Agreement, he will be refunded the money received from him, including delivery costs, without delay, and no later than within 14 (fourteen) days from the day Ta\u0161kica Handmade receives the user’s decision to unilaterally terminate the Agreement. The refund will be made by payment to the consumer’s account. Ta\u0161kica Handmade can issue a refund only after the goods have been returned to the address below. <\/span>Pursuant to Article 77, Item 3, the consumer bears only the direct costs of returning the goods. <\/span>The consumer is obliged to hand over the goods or send them to the address Ta\u0161kica Handmade, Male Ledine 31, 42202 Trnovec, without undue delay, and in any case no later than within 14 (fourteen) days from the day when Ta\u0161kica Handmade sent its decision on unilateral termination of the Agreement.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Delivery and postage<\/span>

      Ta\u0161kica Handmade has an agreement with BoxNow for shipments in Croatia via parcel machines at prices from 1.99 to 5.99 euros.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Ta\u0161kica Handmade has a contract with MBE doo for shipments in Croatia at prices from 4.99 to 12.99 euros. <\/span><\/p>\n

      Ta\u0161kica Handmade has a contract with MBE doo for shipments in the European Union at prices from 12.99 to 79.99 euros.<\/p>\n

      For other countries, please send an inquiry about delivery.<\/p>\n

      The rest<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n

      Due to different monitor settings, deviations in the shade of the material are possible. The product may differ in shade due to the material batch itself. Either of these two reasons are not a valid reason for returning goods. <\/p>\n

      If the product is not in stock in the ordered quantity, we will notify you by phone or e-mail and agree on an extended delivery period, replacement of the product or cancellation of the order.<\/p>\n

      All possible disputes arising from the use of the online store www.taskicahandmade.hr between the customer and the company Ta\u0161kica Handmade, the parties will try to resolve amicably. If this is not possible, the Commercial Court in Vara\u017edin is responsible for resolving disputes. <\/p>\n
