The web-store www.taskicahandmade.hr is an online store that sells cotton ribbons, handbags, accessories and similar products. The general conditions of the online store are written in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZZP), the Copyright and Related Rights Act (ZAPSP) and the Electronic Communications Act (ZEK).

The online store is managed by the trade Taškica Handmade, a trade for production, services and trade, owned by Slunjski Deni, Male Ledine 31, 42202 Trnovec. OIB: 80586825368.

The general business conditions determine the operation of the online store www.taskicahandmade.hr, the rights and obligations of the user and the store, and regulate the business relationship between the online store www.taskicahandmade.hr and the customer. Taškica Handmade reserves the right to change the general conditions on the website www.taskicahandmade.hr at any time and without prior notice. All changes to the general conditions are binding for users. The user is bound by the general conditions valid at the time of submitting the online order. When submitting an order, the user is warned of the general business terms and conditions and by submitting the order confirms his agreement with them.

Prices

Product prices are expressed in euros (EUR) and do not include VAT (Taškica Handmade is a flat-rate trade and is not included in the VAT system). Prices are valid at the time of ordering.

Discounts, promotional codes and vouchers do not add up. Funds paid to gift vouchers, bonuses and advance invoices are not subject to interest. The DVO between the seller and the buyer enters into force at the moment the offerer confirms (the buyer receives an e-mail confirming the order). From that moment on, all prices and other conditions are fixed and valid for the bidder as well as for the buyer. We reserve the right to make mistakes when publishing prices. In the case of an incorrectly stated price, or in the case that the price of the product changes during processing, www.taskicahandmade.hr will allow the customer to deviate from the order.

Online payment security statement

When paying on our web store, use CorvusPay – an advanced system for securely accepting payment cards online. The CorvusPay system ensures complete secrecy of your card and personal data from the moment you enter them in the CorvusPay payment form. Payment data is transmitted encrypted from your web browser to the bank that issued your card. Our store never comes into contact with complete information about your payment card. Also, the data is inaccessible even to employees of the CorvusPay system. An isolated core independently transfers and manages sensitive data, keeping it completely secure.

The form for entering payment data is secured with an SSL transport code of the highest reliability. All stored data is additionally protected by encryption, using a cryptographic device certified according to the FIPS 140-2 Level 3 standard. CorvusPay meets all the requirements related to the security of online payments prescribed by the leading card brands, that is, it operates in accordance with the norm – PCI DSS Level 1 – the highest security standard of the payment card industry. When paying with cards included in the 3-D Secure program, in addition to the validity of the card itself, your bank also confirms your identity using a token or password.

Corvus Pay considers all information collected confidential and treats it accordingly. The information is used exclusively for the purposes for which it is intended. Your sensitive data is completely safe, and its privacy is guaranteed by the most modern protection mechanisms. Only data necessary for the performance of work are collected in accordance with the prescribed demanding procedures for online payment.

The security controls and operational procedures applied to our infrastructure ensure the immediate reliability of the CorvusPay system. In addition, by maintaining strict access control, regular security monitoring and in-depth checks to prevent network vulnerabilities, and planned implementation of provisions on information security, they permanently maintain and improve the level of system security by protecting your card data.

Complaints

We accept complaints for uncut material with a proposed invoice. The consumer can advertise the material if the material does not have the quality specified by the seller, if the seller sent the wrong material, material of the wrong color, quantity, if the material has an error or if the material deviates from the customer’s order. The consumer can advertise the material 15 days after receiving the goods by presenting a copy of the original invoice. The seller is responsible for hidden defects in the material, but is not responsible for damage caused by improper maintenance or handling. In the case of a justified complaint, the consumer has the option of exchanging the goods for an equal or similar one, exchange for another material or a refund. In the case of an unjustified complaint, the goods are returned to the consumer at his expense. The consumer returns the advertised goods at his own expense. In the event that the package was damaged during delivery, it is necessary to submit a complaint to the service that made the delivery and inform Taškica Handmade about it at the email address taskica@taskicahandmade.hr.

Contract termination and return

The consumer can unilaterally terminate the Agreement within 14 days from the delivery of the goods to the consumer without giving a reason. The consumer does not have the right to unilaterally terminate the Agreement if the subject of the Agreement is goods which, due to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other things after delivery. In order for the consumer to be able to exercise the right to unilaterally terminate the Agreement, he must notify Taškica Handmade of his decision to unilaterally terminate the Agreement before the expiration of the deadline by means of a free form statement sent by post (Taškica Handmade, Male Ledine 31, 42202 Trnovec) or by email to the address taskica@taskicahandmade .hr in which it is necessary to state:

  • phone number,
  • email address,
  • address,
  • name and surname,
  • the date of the invoice and
  • account number

If the consumer unilaterally terminates the Agreement, he will be refunded the money received from him, including delivery costs, without delay, and no later than within 14 (fourteen) days from the day Taškica Handmade receives the user’s decision to unilaterally terminate the Agreement. The refund will be made by payment to the consumer’s account. Taškica Handmade can issue a refund only after the goods have been returned to the address below. Pursuant to Article 77, Item 3, the consumer bears only the direct costs of returning the goods. The consumer is obliged to hand over the goods or send them to the address Taškica Handmade, Male Ledine 31, 42202 Trnovec, without undue delay, and in any case no later than within 14 (fourteen) days from the day when Taškica Handmade sent its decision on unilateral termination of the Agreement.

Delivery and postage

Taškica Handmade has an agreement with BoxNow for shipments in Croatia via parcel machines at prices from 1.99 to 5.99 euros.

Taškica Handmade has a contract with MBE doo for shipments in Croatia at prices from 4.99 to 12.99 euros.

Taškica Handmade has a contract with MBE doo for shipments in the European Union at prices from 12.99 to 79.99 euros.

The rest

Due to different monitor settings, deviations in the shade of the material are possible. The product may differ in shade due to the material batch itself. Either of these two reasons are not a valid reason for returning goods.

If the product is not in stock in the ordered quantity, we will notify you by phone or e-mail and agree on an extended delivery period, replacement of the product or cancellation of the order.

All possible disputes arising from the use of the online store www.taskicahandmade.hr between the customer and the company Taškica Handmade, the parties will try to resolve amicably. If this is not possible, the Commercial Court in Varaždin is responsible for resolving disputes.
